from smart one bedroom apartments and cottages
to enormous ten bedrooms cortijos, most with
swimming pools.
If you’ve purchased a rental investment
or built accommodation for rural tourism,
we can act as your agent and will happily
advertise and let your property for you
through our own website and other advertising
mediums in Spain and the UK.

We are able to offer expert advice on all
aspects of design and build whether it is
reforming a traditional Spanish farmhouse
or building a brand new bungalow. It is a
daunting prospect for anyone living in the
UK to undertake a building project in Spain
with the language barrier and many other unknowns.
We are able to speak Spanish and since we
are totally independent have no affiliation
to any particular builder. We are able to
obtain several quotations from any of the
local builders in order to get the best value
for money.
We are also able to deal with architects
and local licensing and planning authorities
and of course remain in contact with you,
the client. We will keep you constantly
informed of progress on your build, regularly
visiting the site, emailing you with progress
reports and colour photographs. We will
use our local contacts to assist you in
completing your dream home within budget

knowledge in the technical aspects of construction
as well as design. As an ex-local authority
planning officer he is fully up to date with
all local building regulations.

from reputable companies and assist you in
obtaining the relevant planning permissions
and licences for their construction. |

| Obviously the climate is very

of plants and irrigation systems help provide
for minimum maintenance and maximum enjoyment

centre of Iznajar and is on most people’s
routes through the town. We carry a vast selection
of information on things to do locally in
the area such as golf, horseriding, sailing,
fishing and have information on the many attractions
nearby. |

| At the Centro de Información
we are in regular contact with all the local
hotels, B&Bs and owners of rural holiday
accommodation so you will not be stuck without
